come on are you kidding me I made this special just for you day two Peach week we’re making cobbler three pounds peaches blancham shock em peel them cut into wedges like that add your peaches half a cup sugar pinch kosher salt slash cognac or brandy bring to a boil medium high heat reduce to medium low let them cook 10 to 12 minutes half a cup unsalted butter melted sip one and a half cups all-purpose flour one cup sugar one and a half teaspoons baking powder pinch kosher salt whisk no need to write it down I got you covered three quarter cup whole milk two eggs let it rest 10 minutes add the butter then the batter add the peaches with a slotted spoon don’t stir you should have about that much juice in the bottom of the pan into the oven 375 degrees so golden and bubbly 38 to 42 minutes don’t rip into it now be patient let it set 30 minutes [Music] foreign
