Please subscribe to my channel. Today I would like to make sweet rice dumpling. This time, I would like to make a sticky and delicious sweet rice dumpling made with tofu and white bean flour. For this sweet rice dumpling, I would like to skewer it and then grill it in a frying pan to make it savory. The ingredients are easy to find and very simple to make. I hope you’ll have a great time. Please have a look at it. Easy recipes at home Let’s start with the ingredients for the dumplings. Here are the ingredients. Shiratama flour and silken tofu, these two ingredients are used to make dumplings. Instead of water, which is usually used to make this dish, tofu is used instead. This way, the dumplings will be chewy and delicious even after cooling. Be sure to use silken tofu. Next, I will introduce the ingredients for sweet rice dumpling sauce and the rest of the toppings. Here are the ingredients. Sugar, soy sauce, potato starch, water, soybean flour, and these ingredients. First, I would like to make sweet rice dumpling sauce with sugar, soy sauce, potato starch and water. And finally, I would like to top it with soybean flour. Soybean flour is optional. I will make it with these ingredients as soon as possible. Easy recipes at home Okay, let’s start with the dumplings first. First, put the tofu and the white bean flour in a bowl. You don’t have to drain the tofu, but if water comes out like this when you put it in the container, please remove it. This is the condition. Put only tofu in at this point. This time, I will knead by hand. So please wash your hands thoroughly and then knead. Knead the mixture like this at first. The mixture gradually hardens like this. At this point, let’s gradually consolidate them into a single piece. OK. Let’s lump them together like this. The dough should be stiff enough that you can touch it with your fingers and it won’t stick to your fingers. That’s about how hard it is. This may change the proper amount depending on the moisture content of the tofu. If the dough is too flabby and does not hold together, add a little bit of tofu at a time to adjust the consistency. On the other hand, if the dough becomes too loose, try adjusting the consistency by adding a little bit of white bean flour. It looks like this. Now let’s round up the dumplings. First of all, it’s about a teaspoon, or about 10 grams in grams. You take this in your hand and roll it into a ball. You can change the size of the dumpling to your liking. Roll the dumplings up like this. Roll up the rest in the same way. Finished rounding. With this quantity, 25 grains were made This amount varies depending on the size of the rounds, so please use it as a guide. So now going to boil this one and make it into a dumpling. Now let’s put it all in at once. Then I can finish it without any time difference. I finished putting all the dumplings in. Then put it on the fire again. And then bring it to a boil again and boil it until the dumplings float to the top. Now let’s boil them as they are. The dumplings are floating. Here they are two minutes after being placed on the fire. Then continue boiling again for about 1 minute. One minute has passed. Fire is turned off. Then I prepare ice water and put the dumplings in this. OK. Please continue to tighten the dumplings in ice water for 3 minutes. It’s been 3 minutes now. Then please open this one once in the colander. The dumplings are finished like this. Now going to wipe off the water here once. First of all, let’s put the dumplings on a sheet of kitchen paper. I laid them out like this. Then I put a piece of kitchen paper over the top gently to remove the moisture. OK. Easy recipes at home Now I will stick the dumplings with bamboo skewers. This time I will use a 15cm bamboo skewer to stab the dumplings. The length of the bamboo skewer and the number of dumplings you want to stick are up to you. Now let’s start skewering. Going to stick the bamboo skewer so that it pierces the center of the dumpling. Let’s keep stabbing like this. OK. Stabbed like this. This time I stabbed five. Now I will stick the rest in the same way. Finished stabbing. Finished like this. So now I’m going to add some browning to this. Usually when I brown rice cakes, we do it with a net, but this time we’re going to use a frying pan to do it easily. I’m going to bake it in a frying pan. First of all, let’s put a thin layer of salad oil in the frying pan. And then stretch this out. OK. And then I’ll put it on the fire. Heat the pan on medium heat for about 30 seconds first. Warmed for 30 seconds. Then turn the heat down to low. Then I put the dumplings we made here on top. And here are the dumplings that we made, and going to bake them, rolling them around so that they don’t burn. Once all the dumplings are placed, turn the heat to medium. Let’s cook them until they start to brown. It’s browned nicely. And then turn off the heat. It looks like this. Baking color is your choice. Now, let’s take this one out. Now going to make the sauce for sweet rice dumplings. First, I put sugar, soy sauce, water, and potato starch in this pot. Mix it all together while it’s not on the heat. Please mix so that there are no lumps of potato starch. OK. Then I’ll put it on the fire. Let’s heat it over medium heat until it starts to thicken first. Be sure to stir while heating. At first it is a little cloudy like this, but as it gets more and more matured, it becomes more transparent. The pot skin is getting frizzy. Please increase the speed of mixing. The mixture has thickened this much. Then turn down the heat to low. And then we’re going to continue to cook it for about a minute to two minutes. Keep stirring and heating the mixture as you do so. OK. Turn off the fire. And that’s it. If it becomes transparent like this, it is OK. Make sure to heat it for at least 1 minute after it thickens. This is the sauce for sweet rice dumplings. Easy recipes at home Now pour the sweet rice dumpling sauce into the bat. And then pour it over the browned dumplings. Now it’s OK. Make sure the sauce is firmly entangled like this. The dumplings are now complete. Now let’s toss the rest of the dumplings with the sauce in the same way. Easy recipes at home Sweet rice dumpling is now ready. This is how it turned out. It is not necessary to bake them, so if it is troublesome, you can skip this step. Just browning the fish will really change its flavor, so please try this as well. ちょっと珍しい回でしたね。
白玉粉を購入したばかりでした。絹ごし豆腐を入れる事は知らなかったので入れてみました。
丁度小豆を煮たばかりでしたのでみたらしとセットで作りました。95歳の母も食べやすいとパクパク食べてくれたのでとっても嬉しかったです😊

お団子が柔らかくし過ぎてしまい焼くときに
つながってしまい平な丸みたいになってしまいました。
けど・・・味は滅茶苦茶美味しリピート間違いなしです。
