I want to try plain buttermilk pancake mix sometime Chocolate and banana are so yummy 🙂 I’m going to make banana fritters with this pancake mix These are frozen bananas I bought a 5kg banana box the other day I’m going to dip these bananas into the batter and fry them Put batter into the cup It’ll be very tasty to eat choc chip banana fritters The batter got a little bit thicker over time Then frying like this Heating up the oil I use rice bran oil for frying The leftover batter for small doughnut balls “Deki mashi ta-” Completed! “Toro toro”

(yummy) I prefer banana fritters over donuts for both texture and overall taste Today, I used Green’s chocolate pancake mix to make banana fritters, choc donuts, and choc pancakes It’s usually $4 but I bought $3 on special 🙂 It’s very tasty and useful for a $4 mix I can probably make 1-2 more portions out of this It can be stored in the fridge for 3 days!
