Easy Recipe No-Bake Cheesecake (No Gelatin) | ゼラチン不要 簡単レアチーズケーキ

Salut Emojoie here! I’m sorry to have kept you waiting since my last video. I’m making a simple dessert which is a perfect size for
people living by themselves in this video. Add sugar to the whipping cream and whip it with a whipper. I used 35% whipped cream. Finished cream could be loose with 30% low fat whipped
cream, so add 20g of cream cheese in that case. Microwave the cream cheese for 20 to 30 seconds
to make it soft. Add lemon juice and vanilla to the cream cheese. You can make without them, but I recommend that
you make with it. It’ll taste better. Add a bit of whip cream to the cream cheese and mix it well. Transfer the mixed one to the bowl with whipped cream
and mix it with a rubber spatula. Divide it in 3 containers (150ml each). Crumble the cookies and put them in the bottom. The capacity of the cheese cake is about 300ml. You can put them all in a same big container, if you want. It becomes as soft as the tiramisu
when you make it without gelatin. Please add another 20g of cream cheese,
if you want to make it a little harder. Chill it in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. Put your favorite fruits or any toppings on the top. This fruit may not be familiar to you,
but it’s called kiwi berry. There we have it👍 A little bit of lemon juice I added makes it refreshing. Vanilla matches well too without losing the whole balance👍 I used cinnamon flavored speculoos cookie crusts
to make an impact and change on the taste. You just need simple ingredients and equipment,
