廣州番禺賓館:
廣州番禺賓館是番禺地區規模最大的四星級園林式酒店。番禺賓館不僅是一家酒店,更是中國改革開放歷程與番禺地區發展的親歷者與見證者。它始建於1979年,並於1980年12月13日正式開業,至今已走過四十餘載,承載了許多廣東番禺人的記憶與情懷。
番禺賓館的興建,與改革開放的時代步伐緊密相連。上世紀70年代末,許多旅外鄉賢懷著桑梓之情回鄉支持建設。在當時番禺縣政府的重視與支持下,何賢、霍英東、張耀宗等港澳知名人士出謀劃策、慷慨捐資,促成了賓館的建設。修建初衷是為了讓回鄉的港澳鄉賢有一個舒適的“落腳點”,而後來它卻成為了帶動當地經濟發展的一個重要窗口。
賓館的開業是當時一件盛事。1980年12月13日的開業典禮由時任番禺縣縣長黃偉寧主持,何賢先生、霍英東先生親自為其剪綵,時任廣州市委書記楊尚昆、廣東省原省長梁靈光等領導也出席了儀式。自此,番禺賓館成為了旅外人士回鄉省親、國際商賈往來洽談的首選之地。
在往後的歲月裡,賓館作為番禺對外聯繫的紐帶,接待了眾多海內外知名人士,例如世界球王貝利。它也圓滿完成了許多高規格的接待任務,包括首屆世界女足錦標賽、廣州第十六屆亞運會的指定接待工作,以及歷屆番禺旅外鄉親懇親大會等。正如一些評價所言:“沒有番禺賓館,就沒有番禺當時經濟的飛速發展。”
為順應發展,番禺賓館在1991年建設了聯誼樓·娛樂城。2009年,其23層高的新主樓封頂,並於2011年正式投入使用,使賓館客房總數增至511間。近年來,賓館在2019年完成了翻新,並在2020年建館40週年之際,榮獲了“中國酒店品質服務百強”等榮譽。
番禺賓館是番禺地區規模最大的四星級園林式酒店。它佔地5.6萬平方米,坐落於番禺區市橋街繁華的商業中心。賓館由聯誼樓、聯豐樓和23層主樓三部分組成,園林之中點綴著亭台樓閣與魚池,既富有濃郁的嶺南歷史文化風格,又能為中外賓客提供現代化的環境與服務。

番禺於秦始皇三十三年(前214年)置縣,是嶺南文化的重要發源地和「海上絲綢之路」起點之一,嶺南建築、嶺南畫派、粵劇曲藝、廣東音樂等廣府文化和鰲魚舞、飄色、乞巧、醒獅等民間藝術源遠流長。番禺還是著名的美食之都,歷來有「食在廣州、味在番禺」的美譽。
番禺區旅遊業繁榮興旺,旅遊資源豐富,於2019年獲評首批「國家全域旅遊示範區」,其中長隆旅遊度假區更是成為全國首批國家級5A景區,石樓鎮蓮花山及海鷗島常年吸引珠三角各地民眾前來祈福觀光及假日農家樂之「好去處」。

Guangzhou Panyu Hotel:
Guangzhou Panyu Hotel is not merely a hotel; it is a witness and participant in China’s reform and opening-up process and the development of the Panyu region. It was first built in 1979 and officially opened on December 13, 1980. Having operated for over four decades, it carries the memories and sentiments of many people in Panyu, Guangdong.

The construction of Panyu Hotel was closely tied to the pace of reform and opening-up. In the late 1970s, many overseas compatriots returned to their hometown with a deep affection to support its development. With the attention and support of the then Panyu County government, He Xian, Henry Fok Ying-tung, Zhang Yaozong, and other prominent figures from Hong Kong and Macao contributed ideas, strategies, and generous donations to facilitate the hotel’s construction. The original purpose was to provide a comfortable “place to stay” for returning compatriots from Hong Kong and Macao, but it later became an important window driving local economic development.

In the years that followed, the hotel served as a link between Panyu and the outside world, hosting numerous domestic and international celebrities, such as the soccer legend Pelé. It also successfully completed many high-profile reception tasks, including serving as the designated hotel for the first FIFA Women’s World Cup and the 16th Asian Games in Guangzhou, as well as for all previous Panyu Overseas Compatriots Friendship Gatherings. As some have noted, “Without Panyu Hotel, there would not have been such rapid economic development in Panyu at the time.”

To keep up with the times, Panyu Hotel constructed the Friendship Building and Entertainment City in 1991. In 2009, its new 23-story main building was topped out and officially put into use in 2011, increasing the total number of guest rooms to 511. In recent years, the hotel underwent renovations in 2019 and, on the occasion of its 40th anniversary in 2020, was honored with awards such as “Top 100 Hotels in China for Quality Service.”

Today, Panyu Hotel is the largest four-star garden-style hotel in the Panyu region. Covering an area of 56,000 square meters, it is located in the bustling commercial center of Shiqiao Street, Panyu District.

  2. 我以前曾經以度假方式,來來回回,喺「祈福新邨」住過一段日子,所以市橋係我喺廣東最熟悉嘅地方,第二係廣州同江門。

    喺市橋飲茶食飯,我最常去嘅當然係 祈福軒 啦。 然後就係龍泉,世昌,今一,美麗華,幸福樓,番禺賓館因為唔順路,所以只去過一次。

    我最鍾意去嘅係幸福樓 😋👅🥰👍

  4. 番禺宾馆十多年前去过一次 但是朋友在樓上包了间房 大厅反而沒去过 花园很舒適很大 另外宾馆是在市侨中心 以前香港上广州的巴士都是先停在市侨的 还記得有个环形的天侨四面八方的 之前市侨十分興旺 但現在已經行人大减了😢😢😢

  7. 番禺賓館把鳩,我堂姪女婿係大石人,我上次地慕佢名點到試一次,堂親家一早去開位😅佢地話番禺人宜家都吾去,後來家姐工友聚會又去一次,她說一樣係巴金個細佬巴鳩😅,三十幾年前一樣麻鳩麻(姪婿父母説的)本人意見未去過的即本笨柒一次過😅😅😂
