今回は日本で生まれた人気パン【コロネ】をアレンジしてみました！
生地にブラックココアパウダーを使ってオシャレな感じに焼き上げ、中のクリームはいちごをふんだんに使ったカスタードにしてみました。
黒っぽい生地とストロベリーカスタードクリームの薄ピンクのコントラストがとてもオシャレに見えます！
味は素材の個性がうまく溶け合って、甘さとココアの風味がこんなに相性いいのかと思うぐらい素敵な味になりました！食感はライトで、噛むほどに生地にクリームが混ざってしっとりととろけていきます！

卵黄　3個
砂糖　50g
薄力粉　30g
ストロベリーパウダー　8g
牛乳　150ml
いちご🍓　150g
ストロベリーチョコレート　20g

仕上げ
粉糖　適量

一次発酵　　40℃ 35分
二次発酵　　40℃ 25分
焼成　　　　180℃ 9分
