It’s supposed to be heavy, whipping cream, but I bet the brown sugar and cinnamon sauce that goes on top of the cinnamon rolls before you bake them, Instead of using the one stick melted butter replace that with the can condensed milk & add brown sugar & cinnamon. I’m going to try that mixture next time… Thanks for the idea!

Oh that's sweetened condensed milk? So then are you skipping the sugar-butter mixture since that milk is sugary?

I threw together an icing with condensed milk after realizing we had no cream cheese and it's actually better.

Sweet condensed with the butter sugar would be too sweet. It’s better that she didn’t add the cinnamon, sugar butter.
