🌸 RECIPE
Ingredients: * 20cm cake tin used
– 250g fresh strawberries cooked down to 140g strawberry compote
– 2 tablespoons sugar
– 4 eggs (separated into egg white and yolk)
– 40g sugar in total (20g added to egg white and 20g added to egg yolk)
– 2 tablespoon vegetable oil (15mL)
– 50mL milk
– 80g plain flour
Recipe:
1. Cut strawberries into small pieces and place then into a sauce pan.
2. Put sauce pan on medium heat and cook until the mixture thickens like a jam paste.
3. Once thickened take it off from heat and let it rest.
4. Prepare cake tin by coating the bottom with oil and laying a baking sheet. Place heat proof cup in the middle.
5. Separate egg white and yolk.
6. Whisk egg white until firm meringue forms. Add sugar half-way through. Set aside.
7. Combine egg yolks, rest of the sugar, vegetable oil, milk and strawberry compote well.
8. Sift plain flour and combine.
9. Add meringue into batter and combine gently.
10. Pour batter into cake tin.
11. Bake at 170℃ for ~30minutes.
12. Once baked flip the cake and let it cool.
13. Ready to enjoy.
🌸 レシピ
材料: *(ケーキ型 20cmを使ってます)
– いちご 250g (煮詰めて、140gのコンポートにする)
– 砂糖 大さじ2
– たまご 4個 (卵白と卵黄に分ける)
– 砂糖 40g (20gを卵白に加え、残りの 20gを卵黄に加える。)
– サラダ油 大さじ2 (15mL)
– 牛乳 50mL
– 薄力粉 80g
レシピ:
1. いちごのコンポートを作るために、いちごを細かく切り、鍋に移す。
2. 中火にかけ、煮詰めていく。
3. とろみがついてきたら、火からおろし冷ましておく。
4. 型の準備をする。底に油を塗り、丸く切りぬいたベーキンシートを敷く。真ん中に耐熱のコップを置く。
5. 卵白と卵黄に分ける。
6. 卵白をしっかりとしたメレンゲになるまで泡立てる。途中、砂糖(20g)を加える。
7. 卵黄、残りの砂糖(20g)、サラダ油、牛乳、煮詰めたいちごのコンポートを混ぜ合わせる。
8. 薄力粉をふるい入れ、混ぜる。
9. メレンゲと生地をさっくりと混ぜ合わせる。
10. 生地を型に流し込む。
11. 170℃ に予熱したオーブンで ~30分 焼く。
12. 焼けたら、型ごと逆さまにし、冷ます。
13. 冷めたら、出来上がり。
