I’m sharing my go-to smoothie recipe for weight loss. It’s super tasty, easy to make, and it’s packed with nutrients to help you reach your weight loss goals.

Ingredients
For this smoothie, you’ll need:

1 cup frozen strawberries
1 medium banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon chia seeds

Preparation
