今日は、スナック感覚でポリポリ美味しく食べれる田作りをご紹介します♬
おせち料理としても勿論ですが、普段のお酒のおつまみやお子様のおやつにもとてもオススメですよ。
美味しいだけじゃなく、カルシウムや良質なたんぱく質のほか、動脈硬化の予防効果などが期待できるドコサヘキサエン酸（DHA）を多く含んでいます☺️❣️

【パリパリやみつき田作り】
乾燥田作り 40g
炒りごま 大さじ1
◉ 調味料
醤油 大さじ1
砂糖 大さじ2
料理酒 大さじ1
みりん 大さじ1
☆ カリカリにするポイントは初めの乾煎りの時にしっかり煎る事、最後に調味料を混ぜた時にしっかり水分を飛ばしてねっとりと田作り同士が絡むくらい炒めてからクッキングシートに薄く伸ばして下さいね🥰
