2021年のクリスマスは、シンプルなさつまいもとヨーグルトのクリスマスケーキに挑戦。
さつまいもはレンジでチン、マッシュ状にして無糖ヨーグルトを混ぜるだけ。オーブン不要、簡単レシピでした。
トッピングに苺をのせてクリスマス感を演出。

For Christmas 2021, we tried a simple sweet potato and yogurt Christmas cake for her.
All you have to do is microwave the sweet potatoes, mash them and mix them with unsweetened yogurt. It was a simple recipe that didn’t require an oven.
The topping is strawberries to give it a Christmas feel.

粘度があってずっしりとしたケーキだったので、あっという間に平らげたゾーイは食後にぐっすり。
多めにできたケーキの余り分は、人間がワインのおつまみとして美味しくいただきました。
The cake was very thick and heavy, so Zoё finished it in no time and slept well after eating.
The remainder of the cake, which we made in large quantities, was enjoyed by the humans as a snack with wine.
