オートミールクッキー

オートミールは、グラノーラやミューズリーでよく使う食材。

クッキーにすると、本当にザクザクとした食感。

普通の小麦粉のクッキーとは、一味違います。

簡単に作れるということもあり、最近、我が家の定番になりました！

料理研究家のなかしましほさんのレシピをもとに、家にあるもので自己流に(^^)

おすすめです！

材料:
•オートミール　70g
•小麦粉or米粉　30g
•てんさい糖　20g
•塩　ひとつまみ

•オイル　30g
•豆乳or水 30g
•お好みのトッピング

①オートミール、小麦粉or米粉、てんさい糖、塩を混ぜます。

②①にオイルを入れ混ぜ、豆乳or水を入れ、さらに混ぜます。トッピングもここで入れます。

③天板に生地をスプーンで落とし、形を整えます。180°Cに予熱したオーブンで25分焼きます。

焼きたては、崩れやすいので、完全に冷ましてくださいね。

I’m Tomo.

Oatmeal is an ingredient often used in granola and muesli.

When made into cookies, it has a really crunchy texture.

They are very different from regular flour cookies.

They have become a staple in our house lately, partly because they are so easy to make!

Based on a recipe by food researcher Shiho Nakashima, I made my own using what I had at home (^^).

I recommend it!

Ingredients:
-70g Oatmeal
-30g Wheat flour or rice flour
-20g sugar
-A pinch of salt

-30g oil
-30g soy milk or water
-Toppings of your choice

1）Mix oatmeal, flour or rice flour, sugar, and salt.

2) Add oil to （1）then add soy milk or water and mix further. Add the toppings here.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C （365°F）for 25 minutes.

Let cool completely.
