1 clove of Garlic, crushed
1/8 teaspoon of Chili Powder
1/8 teaspoon of Smoked Paprika
1 tablespoon of Cilantro, chopped finely
2 tablespoons of Scallions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon of Sour Cream
INSTRUCTIONS
Split the avocados and remove the seed.
Scoop the flesh into a bowl and add lime juice.
Mash the avocado with a fork until only small lumps remain.
Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
