１カップ（アメリカのカップ） アーモンドミール
１カップ（アメリカのカップ）ココナッツファイン
大さじ５ 甘み（砂糖、メープルシロップ等／甘すぎました〜）
適量 レモンの皮
１/２ ベーキングパウダー
１個 卵
小さじ２ レモンジュース
３２０度（日本は多分１６０度）で１５分焼く

1 cup coconut fine (blended )
5 tablespoons sugar (4~3 may be better….)
small lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 large egg
2 teaspoons lemon flavor or fresh juice
320℉ Bake for 15 min
