This is very easy recipe for making croque madame at home.
It turned out to be so good!

Ingredients
-2 sliced bread
-30g cheese
-an egg
-2 sliced ham
-pinch of salt and paper

for Béchamel sauce
-10g flour
-200ml milk
-8g butter
-30g cheese(any kind will do, this time I use Gouda and Parmigiano cheese)
-pinch of salt and paper

・ハム　２枚

・小麦粉　１０g
・バター（マーガリンでも代用可）　８g
