Why not give a healthy twist by baking a cake with our ancient grains?

Here is a very easy mini chocolate cake for you with our OGMO Foxtail millet, which is guilt-free too.

Easy Foxtail millet Chocolate cake recipe;
Step 1 – Take 1 cup OGMO Foxtail millet flour in a bowl.
Step 2 – Add ½ cup jaggery powder, ½ cup curd, ½ cup milk, 1/4th cup oil, 3 tbsp. cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence.
Step 3 – combine well, pour in a baking tray, sprinkle chopped almonds and bake at 180C for 25 – 30 min.

Notes;
Use OGMO Little millet to make the same cake.

Foxtail Millet

Foxtail millets are the oldest cultivated millet. Foxtail millet is called Kangani in Hindi and Thinnai in Tamil.
These are non-acidic, non-allergic, and gluten free, which makes them soothing and easy to digest.
Foxtail millets are also rich in protein, fats, antioxidants, complex carbs, vitamins and minerals. This makes them complete food.
