砂糖70g
卵3個（2個の方が良いです）
生クリーム200ml
薄力粉大さじ１
①生クリームは滑らかになるまで混ぜます。
②3回に分けて生クリームの中に砂糖を入れながら混ぜます。
③次に卵と生クリームを入れ最後に薄力粉を。
④200℃に余熱したオーブンで45分
⑤荒熱を取ったら完成です！
