My friends mother made monkey bread… but hers was different… she baked little balls of dough… dipped them in thick syrup that was like glue and formed a pyramid… it took quite a while as it was a yeast dough… she made it around the holidays… it wasn’t huge!!!
looks tasty 😬
No monkeys were harmed making this bread. 🙈🙉🙊🐵
Sounds delicious
Your face says it all! This looks fantastic! Thank you!! Reminds me of a breakfast my mom used to make when I was little. It was called “bubble bread” and was little globs of bread dough, stuffed with your choice of pie filling, and then dunked in butter and rolled in sugar and baked. Heavenly! Hope you have a wonderful weekend!
PS. It dawned on me… not sure if you know but the water in the ocean has sand in it. So even if you hadn’t been sitting, you may have had more sand in your suit than you would have expected – just from the water itself!
I would love to see a savory garlic parmesan version of this. Maybe even a spicy version like buffalo sauce, maybe even bbq.
Tami I have exact same tee shirt!! Where did you get yours ??
I wanna try this but I have to hide it from my girlfriend we just started a new diet lol
My dumbass almost cut them in half instead of breaking them apart 😂😂🤦🏼♀️ . Thanks for this , the outcome looked delicious 🤤
Here because I can’t understand directions 😂😂😂😂😂
I feel like maybe if you topped it with streusel 🤔
This video was really useful thanks a lot😊😊
Thank you fot this jus put mine in the oven mate ny name is Kevin also from NY but, either way much respect my friend thanks
Excited to try. Try we did — they suck
i just put mine in the oven and rolled them up in tiny balls. it def made them take up less pace in my pan compared to the last time i made them when i only broke away the squares. ill update when done. 8 mins to go.
I have bought the Pillsbury monkey bread and true it’s good. I too wished the sauce was more the first time bought. I however did buy it again and in addition to the caramel sauce I made some making it better with chopped pecans and balling the dough.
For that price I’d just stick with the Bridgford one.
That’s a pie pan you’re using is it not
Puts some pecan in it😀
I usually make these on Sunday mornings. One thing that will help with the sauce is using a different pan. I use my 10 inch ninja deep dish pan. I spread them evenly after being mixed. I do not later. They turn it perfect with a little crunch at the bottom and every piece has sauce. Perfect!
I don't know if this has been mentioned yet, too many comments to go through. But if anyone would prefer to mix the sauce in a separate bowl, it's completely doable without losing any of the sauce. All you need is a silicone spatula to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl. 👌🏻
After watching reviews I stirred in separate bowl and baked in two pie pans for single layer.
Thanks can't wait to try it
