今日は、かぼちゃ色がかわいい【ヴィーガンかぼちゃスコーン】を作りました。

もちろん動物性不使用のほっこりヘルシースイーツです。

かぼちゃが大好きな娘。

そんな娘のために、家に常備してある、かぼちゃ。

お弁当にかぼちゃ煮。夕食にかぼちゃのレーズンサラダ。

そんな感じで出番の多い我が家の定番野菜です。

動画なので（皆様に見ていただくものなので）皮をむいてキレイな色のスコーンを！って思ったのですが…

飾らない、いつもの自分でいこう！ってことで、皮ごとかぼちゃスコーンになりました。

「一物全体」ですね。

材料:
•かぼちゃ　100g
•豆乳　80ml

•薄力粉　200g
•てんさい糖　10g
•自然塩　ひとつまみ
•ベーキングパウダー　大さじ1
•ココナッツオイル　40g

①蒸したかぼちゃに豆乳を入れ、ペースト状につぶします。

②薄力粉、てんさい糖、塩、ベーキングパウダーを軽く混ぜ、そこにココナッツおいを入れポロポロになるようにすり合わせます。

①と②をざっくりと混ぜます。その生地を延ばして折り畳むを4回繰り返し、型で抜きます。
200℃に予熱しておいたオーブンで15分焼いて出来上がり！

今日は、まろくんがりんちゃんと遊びたくて仕方がない様子。

りんちゃんもそれに応えて、大運動会の始まりです！

I’m Tomo.

I made [Vegan pumpkin scone] which had a cute pumpkin color.

Of course, it is healthy and animal-free.

My daughter loves pumpkin. I always have pumpkin scones at home for my daughter.

Pumpkin stew for lunch. Pumpkin raisin salad for dinner.

That’s how the pumpkin is often used. I always buy organic, so I get the skin on. They’re so nutritious in their skins!

Since it’s a video (since it’s for you all to see), peeled and beautifully colored scones! I thought…

Let’s just be our normal, unadorned selves! So, the skin is now a pumpkin scone.

It’s “one whole thing.

Ingredients :
•100g pumpkins
•80ml soybean milk

•200g cake flour
•10g beet sugar
•a pinch of nature salt
• 1tbsp baking powder
•40g coconut oil

①Add soy milk to the steamed pumpkin and mash it into a paste.

②Lightly mix the flour, beet sugar, salt, and baking powder and grind the coconut oats into the paste.

Roughly mix the dough. Repeat the process of stretching and folding it four times.

Preheat the oven to 200°C （392°F）and bake for 15 minutes.
