Breakfast egg bites (muffins)

    Breakfast egg bites (muffins) đŸ„š:

    8 eggs
    Splash of milk
    Bacon or ham
    Shredded cheese
    Jalapeño
    Salt and pepper

    These breakfast muffins are totally customizable. You can put whatever you’d like into your mixture. Other items you could use is onion, hash browns, bell peppers, mushrooms and broccoli. Place your mixture in a muffin tin you’ve sprayed with cooking spray. Keep in mind that these will rise so don’t over fill your muffin tins. Cook at 385 for 12-15 mins or until you can put a toothpick into the center of the egg muffin and pull it out without residue on it. You can store these muffins in your fridge for 5 days or freeze them.
