Another one for all avocado lovers! Creamy and crunchy avocado salad is perfect for when you want something quick but also very tasty 🥰
You’ll need:
Avocados
Chickpea (I used a canned one)
Shallot
Feta cheese
Salt to taste
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Dried parsley
Put all the ingredients in a big bowl and mix it all together. Enjoy!
