About Sake-kasu
Sake kasu or sake lee is a cooking ingredient that is white in color with a paste-like texture. The taste of sake kasu is fruity and has a similar taste to Japanese sake. Sake kasu is the lees left over from sake production.

    Almond butter 40g (if not paste of any nuts)
    Miso 3 large spoon
    Sugar 160g~200g
    Arrowroot flour 50g (if not flour or rice flour)
    squeezed lemon 2 large spoon
    Vanilla essence 1 small spoon
