My name is Akira Matsuda. I’m a Japanese sweets craftsman , I have two shops in Osaka. Their name are “AN-AN” Our most recommended sweets is our three color rice dumpling that’s called “SANSYOKU-DANGO” in Japanese. It has pink, white, and green dumplings on skewers, and you can enjoy three flavors : cherry blossom, yuzu, and wormwood.
The pink one has chopped and salted cherry leaves in it. The white one has Yuzu , a Japanese citrus fruit in it. The green one has wormwood which is a fragrant Japanese herb.
Our Dorayaki is also popular. Do you know the cartoon of Doraemon?
Dorayaki is Doraemon’s favorite food. Please come and visit our store when you’re in the neighborhood.
