### Ingredients

**Dry Ingredients:**
– 1 big cup rolled oats or 120 gms (Grind it to make flour)
– 2Tsp/30gms unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
– 1 bowl deseeded Dates and Dry grapes
– Walnuts, Choco chips or any kind of nuts of your choice

**Wet Ingredients:**
– 2 ripe bananas, mashed
– 1/2 cup oil
– 1 cup milk
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)

### Instructions

1. **Preheat the Oven:**
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease round cake pan or line it with parchment paper.

2. **Prepare the Oats:**
If you’re using rolled oats and we want a finer texture, pulse them in a food processor or blender for a few seconds until coarsely ground.

3. **Mix Dry Ingredients:**
In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda. Whisk together until well combined.
4. **Dates puree:**

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it evenly. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 30 minutes.
