#47 / For Christmas! Easy & Delicious Vegan fruits cake / クリスマスに！簡単で美味しい ヴィーガン フルーツケーキ (乳卵不使用)

フルーツケーキはバターたっぷりが定番。
美味しいけれど、ハイカロリーなところが気になるなら、ヴィーガンで作りましょう。
今回はアーモンドプードルを使いますが、ナッツミルクを作る方は、ぜひナッツパルプを使ってください。
カシューナッツパルプは、コクもあり優しい味わいでオススメです。
スパイスをいろいろ入れた香り豊かなケーキは、冬に味わいたい焼き菓子。
特に、シナモンやクローブ、生姜は体を温めてくれるのも嬉しいところ。
今回は、漬け込んだフルーツのシロップで粉砂糖をといてアイシングを作っています。
お好みでゆるめにして私のようにうっすら流しても、濃いめに作って上に塗っても。
もちろんアイシングなしてもOK。その場合は、焼きあがったあとに、シロップをぬってください。
紅茶を入れて午後のお茶にどうぞ。

Let’s make a delicious vegan fruits cake!
This time I will use almond powder, but if you make nut milk, please use nut pulp.
I recommend cashew nut pulp for its rich and gentle flavor.
The fragrance of spices is wonderful especially in winter.
Moreover the spices that I use such as clove and cinnamon and ginger warm our body.
This time, I’m making icing with powder sugar and syrup with dried fruits.
You can loosen the icing and let it flow for applying it thinly that I do, or you can make it thicker and apply it on top.
Of course, you can eat the cake without icing. In that case, apply the syrup after baking the cake.
Make tea and enjoy it for afternoon tea!
