Cinnamon Sugar Apple Cake
325° 13 x 9 Baking Dish
1 1/2 C Brown Sugar
1/3 C Oil
1 Egg
1 C Buttermilk
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Vanilla
2 1/2 C Flour
1 1/2 C Chopped Apples
Topping
1/2 C Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Butter – melted
In a large mixing bowl mix first 8 ingredients in order. Stir until well combined. Pour into
greased 13 x 9 baking dish.
Mix sugar, cinnamon & melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over cake batter.
Bake 45 min.
