This soft, moist, and chocolatey cake is made with wholesome Quaker oats and ripe bananas — a perfect way to enjoy dessert guilt-free! It’s easy to make, naturally sweet, and full of fiber. Every bite is rich in chocolate flavor with a hint of banana goodness. Perfect for breakfast, snack, or even dessert!

Ingredients:
• 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
• 1 cup Quaker oats (instant or rolled)
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup brown sugar (adjust to taste)
• 1/2 cup milk (or any plant-based milk)
• 1/4 cup oil (or melted butter)
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt (Pinch of salt)
. 1tsp cinnamon powder
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Optional: 1/4 cup chocolate chips or chopped nuts

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a small baking pan or loaf tin.
2. In a blender, grind the Quaker oats into fine flour (or leave slightly coarse for texture).
3. In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Add sugar, oil, milk, and vanilla. Mix well.
4. Add oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
5. Mix until just combined — do not overmix.
6. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.
7. Pour into the pan and bake for 25–30 minutes (or until a toothpick comes out clean).
8. Cool completely before slicing.
