Hi Matt. Thanks for the short and direct video! Mine didn't set – even in the freezer. (Though they did freeze eventually.) Do you know if coconut sugar is lacking a property of regular sugar that's necessary for them to set? In answer to a previous comment, you say that the amount of sugar is necessary for setting. Do you know of any alternative sweeteners that will work? Thanks!
