    1. I love how your fridge just looks like a normal fridge – not the hyper organized influencer fridges with a million extra plastic containers!

    2. 141g of protein is far too much. You would need to weight at least 279 lbs for that to be an appropriate amount of protein, Do you weigh at least 279 lbs? Your body cannot store or use that much protein. The excess protein is converted to carbs. Here is some really good info on protein from Chris Gardner PhD of Stanford University. I am betting that you haven't seen or heard a lot of this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pHS_CD73VOY

    3. Hello, I want to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with you—the good news of salvation: God offers forgiveness and reconciliation to humanity through His Son, Jesus Christ. Through His death on the cross and His resurrection, Jesus paid for our sins, offering us grace, peace, and eternal life as a gift received through faith—not by works. While good works naturally follow with the help of the Holy Spirit, they do not "buy" salvation. Accept Jesus today; time is running out, and He is still seeking you. You are not beyond His reach; simply come as you are and receive the transformation that Jesus offers ❤️‍🩹

    4. what happens if you’re allergic to egg, dairy, soy, chicken, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame and want to hit your protein goal 🥲
