    桑抹茶を使った

    「低糖質桑抹茶クッキー」

    のレシピになります。

    【材料】
    ○桑抹茶スティック　×３個　（桑SHIROTOのふじさん桑抹茶）

    ○ホットケーキミックス150g
    ○無塩バター　80g
    ○ラカトンS 20g

    【工程】
    ①ラカトンSとバターを加え全体が白くなるまで混ぜます
    ②ホットケーキミックスを混ぜやすいように３回に分けて混ぜます
    ③生地を半分にし一方に桑抹茶を10g（2本)入れて混ぜます
    ※抹茶パウダーでもOK
    ④ラップにこねた２つの生地をそれぞれ置き捏ねて形を整えます
    ⑤生地を直方形に整えて重ねて、正方形になるようにします
    ⑥約５mm幅でカットします
    ⑦180℃のオーブンで予熱したオーブンにでさらに10分焼いて完成です

    ○ 80g unsalted butter
    ○Lakaton S 20g

    [process]
    ①Add Lacaton S and butter and mix until the whole becomes white.
    ②Mix the pancake mix in 3 batches to make it easier to mix.
    ③Mix the dough in half and add 10g (2 sticks) of Mulberry Matcha to one half and mix.
    * Matcha powder is also OK
    ④ Place the two pieces of kneaded dough on the plastic wrap and knead to shape.
    ⑤ Arrange the dough into a rectangular shape and stack it to make a square.
    ⑥Cut at a width of about 5mm
    ⑦ Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for another 10 minutes to complete.
