Hot Milk – 1.5 Cups
Seedless Dates – 1 Cup
Instant Coffee – 1 Tbsp
Olive Oil – 6 Tbsp
Eggs – 2
Vanilla Extract – 1 Tsp
Whole Wheat Flour – 1 Cup
Baking Powder – ½ Tsp
Baking Soda – ¼ Tsp
Salt – ¼ Tsp
Chopped Walnut – ¼ Cup + For Topping
Raisins – ¼ Cup

Baking Time – 40-45 Mins or until skewer comes out clean. (Note : Baking time may vary from Oven to Oven).

  1. I tried half the quantity of the recipe and with oatmeal flour it turned out Awesome. Even My Brother Loves it who is the Love of Sugar. Now I will try it with Cornmeal Flour too.

  2. This weekend I tried this recipe and it was unexpectedly amazing ❤!! Instead of the loaf mold, I poured the batter in rectangular one and substituted walnuts with peanuts and after baking it, I added a little bit of date molasses on the top (for "brillance"✨ and more sweetness cuz that cake is not sugary) with sprinkled chopped peanuts. It was so fudgy and moist that my siblings – who r not fans of healthy recipes– almost ate it all at once 🙂

  3. It looks great, but definitely not for weight loss. Dates, raisins, walnuts are just about the most calorie dense foods of all.
