Strawberry Topping:

Making Process

Prepare the Milk Layer:

In a saucepan, pour 2 cups of milk and add pink food color.

Heat the mixture until it just begins to boil.

Add 1 tablespoon of gelatin powder and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Stir until fully dissolved.

Pour the milk mixture into a bowl or mold and refrigerate until it sets (approximately 1-2 hours).

Prepare the Jelly Layer:

In a pan, bring 1 cup of water to a gentle boil.
