オーブンなし！基本のレアチーズムースケーキの作り方 アレンジ自在！
簡単に作れて美味しいレアチーズケーキのレシピです。
シンプルなのでいろんな味にアレンジしやすいです。
今回はチョコレートとカラメリゼのアレンジをしてみました。

▷材料（7×16cmパウンド型）：
クリームチーズ ２００ｇ
きび砂糖 ４０ｇ
水 ３０ｇ
粉ゼラチン ５ｇ
生クリーム ２００ｍｌ
きび砂糖 １５ｇ
バニラエクストラクト 小さじ１
クッキー 好きなだけ
チョコレート
シナモン
砂糖
