★ingredients★
(14cm round mold)
6 Wheatmeal biscuits
20g butter
5g gelatine powder
30g water
160g strawberries
50g sugar
100g + 20g thickened cream
100g cream cheese
1 teaspoon lemon juice
some strawberries for decolation
