How to make KUROMAME traditional New Year’s foods in Japan 小川家の黒豆の作り方

“KUROMAME” Sweetend Black Soybeans is one of thraditional New Years Osechi dishes. And then, this is the Ogawa family’s recipe.

5-1/4 oz or 150g black soybeans
5-1/4 oz or 150g granulated sugar
2 tsps soysauce
1 tsp salt

グラニュー糖 150g
醤油 小さじ2杯
塩 小さじ1杯
