Please do not try and grow too fast , the whole ethos of your success is customer service and the staff that love working for the business.
You can’t replicate that easily when you expand too quickly.
I have experienced the same mistake and now am totally happy with just owning my first two branches , with staff that really care about the quality of the product and great customer service .
