6 cookies
130G sugar ( 90G brown + 50G white )
90G Butter
1 Egg + Egg yolk
170G flour
2G baking soda
2G baking powder
2G salt
Vanilla
150G chocolate and walnuts
chill 2 hours .
bake atr 220c for 10 to 13min .

What is the point of adding sourdough starter? Have you tried this recipe with and without the sourdough starter? Is there an actual difference?
