CottonSoft Twisted Doughnuts
How to make this CottonSoft Twisted Doughnuts. Chewy on the outside and soft in the inside.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 cup warm water (250ml)
2 tsps instant yeast (6g)
1 egg
2 tbsps sugar (30g)
3 and ¼ cups all purpose flour (400g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
3 tbsps butter (45g) unsalted
3 cups oil for frying
granulated sugar for coating
PORTUGUESE:

Recipes! What other kinds of bread can I make from this recipe? Cos it’s a lot for 2 people to make only the bicho bicho. Maybe pandesal?
Please call them by their real name, kkwa-bae-gi, not Twisted Doughnuts.
Please, do not throw yeast in warm water, it's Lukewarm water, otherwise it kills the yeast fermentation process

Do we use bread flour in this?
What brand of purpose flour you use? Mine keeps coming back very sticky and I have to add a lot more flour to make it be able to knead

I tried this recipe this day, and the dough didn't come out like what's in the video. I think because of the flour. Maybe there's a special flour for this. Mine is too soft, and I have to add more flour to attain it, but it's still too soft after adding more flour. I still tried to follow the procedure until I fried one, but because it was too soft, it was deformed, but the taste was good. Luckily, I directly put it in the oven tray after twisting it, and it was not bad.
Can I replace all purpose flour with bread flour? Should the ratio maintain?
