🍓🍫 Chocolate Strawberry Cake Recipe 🍰

Craving a rich, chocolatey delight with a fruity twist? Here’s how you can make a delicious Chocolate Strawberry Cake right at home!

Ingredients:
• Fresh strawberries
• Dark chocolate
• Cake mix
• 120 ml milk
• 2 tablespoons butter

Steps:
1️⃣ Prepare the Batter:
• In a bowl, mix the cake mix powder, 120 ml of milk, and 2 tablespoons of butter.
• Stir well until the batter becomes smooth and lump-free.

2️⃣ Cook the Cake:
• Pour the batter into a cake pan.
• On a stove, place a pressure cooker and pour water about 5 cm deep.
• Once the water boils, place a stand inside the cooker and keep the cake pan on top.
• Cover the cooker (without the pressure whistle) and steam for 30-35 minutes.

3️⃣ Cooling & Layering:
• Let the cake cool. Use a toothpick to check if it’s cooked — it should come out clean.
• Once cooled, carefully cut the cake into two layers.

4️⃣ Melting the Chocolate:
• Use the double boiler method — place a heatproof bowl with chocolate over a pot of simmering water. Stir until smooth and melted.

5️⃣ Assembling the Cake:
• Spread melted chocolate over the first cake layer.
• Add a generous layer of sliced strawberries.
• Place the second cake layer on top.
• Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the entire cake for a rich finish.

6️⃣ Final Touch:
• Decorate with fresh strawberries on top.
