材料（６〜８個分）
強力粉　　bread flour　 200g　
牛乳　　milk 80g
とき卵　 egg 30g
水　　water 30g
バター　 butter 30g
インスタントドライイースト　instant dry yeast　5g(小さじ２弱）
砂糖　 suger　 32g
塩　　salt 2,5g
（あれば）カルダモンパウダー cardamom powder　0,5g(小さじ1/4）
A
バター　 butter　 15g
砂糖　　sugar　 35g
シナモンパウダー　 cinnamon powder　　大さじ1/2
（あれば）パールシュガー　Pearl sugar　　適量

Process
1.Water + milk + egg + butter – microwave at 600w for 50 seconds
2.Add yeast, sugar and salt
3.Add 1/3 of the bread flour and mix with a whisk
4.Add the rest of the flour and cardamom powder and gloop with thick chopsticks
5.Microwave at 200w for 30 seconds.
6.Cover with a wet cloth and place in a warm place for 10 minutes (20 minutes in cold weather)
7.Re-roll for 15 minutes bench time
8.Roll out again and roll out to 20 x 28 cm
9.Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
10.Roll the dough from the front and cut it into 6-8 equal pieces with a piece of string.
11.Microwave at 200w for 30 seconds.
12.Transfer to a baking sheet, cover with a damp cloth and bake in a warm place for 15 minutes (20 minutes in cold weather).
13.Brush the surface with egg using a brush and sprinkle with pearl sugar if desired.1
14.Bake in the oven at 190°C for 12-15 minutes.
