The secret to healthy oat pancakes in 5 minutes! No flour! Weight Loss! Zucchini recipes!
Three delicious and wholesome recipes perfect for any time of day! The first features a quick zucchini-apple oat pancake. The second is a hearty baked cabbage and oat dish, full of veggies, cheese, and spices—served with creamy yogurt, dill, and walnuts. The third is a simple banana oat pancake, rich in flavor and lightly crisped with sesame seeds. Healthy, easy, and satisfying!
👉1 Recipe:
4 tablespoons oatmeal 50g
1 zucchini (130g)
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 apple (small to medium)
50 ml milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
Olive oil
Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side

1 cabbage (600g)
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 carrot
2 eggs
1/3 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup oatmeal (50g)
80g cheese
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes
Cook over medium-low heat
Cover and cook for 5-8 minutes
Fry on both sides until golden brown
3-4 tablespoons thick yogurt
Walnut
Dill
1/4 teaspoon salt
