こんな日はあまり家から出たくありませんよね？

それはVIN CHAUD （ヴァン・ショー）ホットワインです。
フランス語でVINはワイン、chaudは熱いという意味です。
フランスでは寒くなってくるとクリスマスマーケットやカフェなどいろんなとこでよく見かけます。
ただお店によって味もいろいろあり当たりハズレももちろんあります。
今日はそんなホットワインの美味しいレシピと作り方をご紹介します。
