若い頃から喫茶店をやりたかったじいじが
約4年前の81歳から一念発起！
お店のDIYからメニュー開発まで自身で考え
それを支えるばあばと始めた
こだわりの詰まった喫茶店☕️

今回注文したのはほうじ茶シフォンケーキ(500円)

ベーキングパウダーを使うことなく
自然の素材のみで膨らませたお店自慢のシフォンケーキ
フルーツ盛りや生クリームも付いて500円と超破格😳

ふわっと軽い口当たりとしゅわっととろけるエアリーな食感に加えて
ほうじ茶の芳醇な香りが口の中で溢れる極上の味わいがたまらない🤤

様々なフルーツや甘さ控えめ生クリームと共に
最後まで美味しく頂けました😋

シフォンケーキは日替わりで季節によっても変わるみたい！
今回行った時はほうじ茶・ゆず・チョコチップがあったよ☺️

じいじとばあばは自身も1匹のワンちゃんを飼っている愛犬家で
犬用のシフォンケーキやドッグランも併設しているのでワンちゃん連れにもピッタリ🐶🐾

Kissa Seifu – Located in Okumachi, Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture

Grandpa had always dreamed of running a café since he was young, and about four years ago, at the age of 81, he finally made that dream come true!
From the DIY renovation of the space to developing the menu, he did it all himself, supported by Grandma. Together, they opened a cozy café filled with love and dedication.

This time, I ordered the Hōjicha Chiffon Cake (500 yen).

The café’s pride and joy, this chiffon cake is made without any baking powder—just natural ingredients to give it that beautiful rise.
Topped with fresh fruit and whipped cream, and still only 500 yen—an absolute steal!

With its fluffy, airy texture that melts in your mouth and the rich aroma of roasted hōjicha tea spreading across your palate, the taste is simply divine.
Paired with the gently sweet whipped cream and various fruits, it was a delight to the very last bite.

The flavor of the chiffon cake changes daily and with the seasons!
When I visited, they had hōjicha, yuzu, and chocolate chip.

Grandpa and Grandma are also dog lovers—they have a dog of their own—so the café even offers chiffon cake for dogs and has an attached dog run. Perfect for pet owners!
