Recipe Details
125g brown sugar + 100g granulated sugar+ (30g extra for topping)
125g unsalted butter (melted)
2 large eggs (115g)
250 overly ripe soft bananas
60mls sour cream(can be replaced with creme fraiche)
300g plain all purpose flour
1 tsps baking powder
1 tsps baking powder
7-10g salt
2 tbsp vanilla extract
175g chocolate chips( 100g for the batter and 75g for topping
*Pre-heat oven at 195 degree C
|bake at 195 degree C for the first 15 mins + another 15 min for@ 180 degree C
