今回はホットケーキミックスを使用し作りやすさを追求いたしました。
これを使用しますと、どうしてもホットケーキミックスの味が残るのですが、バナナが見事にこの味を消し去っています。相性の良いクルミが入り、食感にも噛み応えやおいしさがさらにアップしています。バターを使用していませんし、しっとりした感じのケーキになっています。
