Stollen -german christmas bread- (vegan) ☆ シュトレン
This recipe is dangerous!

Ingredients:
for the dough:
200g bread flour
60g almond powder
100g soy milk
20g coconut oil
30g oil
2g salt
2g cinnamon
20g warm water
5g dried yeast
40g rum
140g raisins
100g nuts
Instructions:
1. soak raisins with rum.
2. combine warm water and dried yeast.
3. melt coconut oil if it is solid.
4. put all the ingredients for the dough together in a bowl. knead well.
5. let it ferment until it doubles in volume.
6. add rum raisins and nuts to the dough.
7. roll out the dough into rectangle shape, then roll up each side.
8. let it ferment until it gets 1.2 – 1.5 times bigger.
9. 350F/180C for 30 mins.

「材料」
パン生地
強力粉 200g
アーモンドプードル 60g
豆乳 100g
ココナッツオイル 20g
オイル 30g
塩 2g
シナモン 2g
ぬるま湯 20g
ドライイースト 5g
ラム 40g
レーズン 100g
ナッツ 100g
「作り方」
1、レーズンをラムに漬けておきます。
2、ドライイーストとぬるま湯を合わせておきます。
3、ココナッツオイルは固形の場合は溶かしておきます。
4、パン生地の全ての材料を混ぜ合わせ、よく捏ねます。
5、生地が二倍に膨らむまで一次発酵させます。
6、ラムレーズンとナッツを生地に混ぜます。
7、生地を長方形にのばし、両端をたたみます。
8、1.2〜1.5倍くらいに膨らむまで二次発酵させます。
9、180℃で30分ほど焼きます。

I made this. I finally succeeded ! Thanks for sharing this video. I failed Matcha and Adzuki bean bread and dumped it ,and with leftover dough I made this.
卵、バターなしのシュトーレンが作りたくて、こちらのレシピにたどり着きました。
HBを使ったり、市販のドライフルーツ漬けを使ったりと手抜きで作りましたが、とても美味しくできました。
クリスマスシーズンだけでなく、定番のお菓子になりそうです♡

It's a great recipe! Thank you! My Mama used to put home made marzipan paste (ground almond, icing sugar and rose water) in the middle of the stolen instead of the chopped mixed nuts. And only a thin dusting of icing sugar . Much less then the commercial versions. Defiantly will bake you version this Christmas!
