さて、バレンタイン企画も最後となりました。
一部DAISO商品を使ってチョコサンドクッキーを作りました♡
バレンタインは、手作りで頑張る女の子も多いかなと思い、もし作ってみたいなと思って下さった方がいたら、すぐ手に入れられる物を使って動画を提供出来たらなと考えたら、100均アイテムは外せない!!でした(*^-^*)
今年は全部の作品を主にDAISO商品を使って作ってみました。
一部、手持ちの物を使ってますが、DAISOにも売っていたり、スーパーで手に入るものがほとんどです✨

前回のプーさん動画から、カメラのレンズを変えました。
少しは見やすくなったかな💦
ですが、今回の動画の方を先に撮ったので、この動画は前のレンズです。
見にくい点はご了承頂ければ幸いです。

【いちごのクッキー生地】
・無塩バター　　 50g
・卵(全卵） 1/4個
・薄力粉 100g
・いちごパウダー 10g
(ココアや抹茶など、粉を混ぜる場合は、薄力粉の量の10％がおすすめです。
例：薄力粉200gに対してココアパウダーなどパウダー類は20g。薄力粉と一緒にふるって入れましょう♪）
プレーン生地は、上記の材料と薄力粉には何も粉類を入れない分、+10gして110gで作ります。
バニラオイルやエッセンス入れてもいいです✨

【ガナッシュ補足】
生クリームは500Wのレンジで20～40秒（レンジと相談）、40℃くらいに温めます。
熱々だと上手く纏まらず失敗する可能性もあるので注意です。
とはいえ、大概溶けない(笑)ので、その際は50℃ぐらいのお湯で湯せんして、ゆっくり温めながら溶かします(*^_^*)

This is the last of my Valentine’s Day projects.
I’ve been using some DAISO products to make chocolate sandwich cookies.
I’m sure there are a lot of girls out there who would love to make their own Valentine’s Day cookies, so if you’re interested in making them, I thought I’d provide a video using items that are readily available. This year, I’m going to focus on all of them.
This year, I used mainly DAISO products for all of my creations.
I used some of the items I had on hand, but most of them are also sold at DAISO or available at supermarkets✨.
