  1. Ingredients:
    3/4 cups self rising flour
    1/4 cup fat-free milk, high protein
    Two eggs
    1/4 cup of Greek yogurt fat-free
    1 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder
    4 tablespoons Stevia
    1/4 cup of Splenda brown sugar
    1 teaspoon of vanilla

    Filling :
    6 tablespoons Splenda brown sugar
    1 tablespoon plant butter
    1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
    1/2 tablespoon Greek yogurt

    Glaze :
    3/4 cup powdered sweetener
    3 1/2 tablespoon milk
    1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
    1/2 tablespoon Splenda brown sugar

    Mix dough ingredients, form 11 cookies on a sheet pan with half the dough. Mix the filling ingredients together and place evenly on top of the dough portions. Cover each cookie with the other part of the dough. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes. Mix your glaze ingredients top and enjoy.🤗
