  1. He looks great for a 57 YO white geezer. The thing with the egg yoke over the hot noodles is a bit like carbonara, especially with the ham and cheese, it's basically the same just deconstructed, like with the oil at the bottom of the dish and all that, the more I think about it, it's kinda clever.

  2. ところが、イタリアンまぜそばは12年前に日本人が東京の大井街でアジトイズムなる店で既に始めていたという事実。具材から麺姿はほぼ一緒。めっちゃ美味しかったのに10年は節目だっていきなり辞めちゃった🤔

  4. I got there today as they opened. Gianni is such a cool dude and speaks English really well. We had a conversation while I was being served. I ordered the "Roma" dry ramen and the Salsiccia gyoza. It was so delicious! Thanks @user-gg3vw3hn9y for having me!

  7. First time hearing japanese with an italian accent and it's hilarious. You can hear he's italian with every word. Strangely enough when i hear italian i rarely ever hear the same accent, maybe it's because i'm accustomed to it but it's still very interesting to notice.
