Here are some of the meals we made from our Costco and Food Co-op grocery haul. Meal planning is my jam!
Buttermilk (from @kalona) chocolate chip waffles with @kalona whipped cream, pasture bacon, @kalona Butter, strawberries, and bananas
Carrot sticks and hummus
Grilled veggie and cheese sandwiches with @siete chips and cucumbers
Sourdough toast with nut butter fruit and green Smoothies
Beef Sticks @chomps
Cheezy Beef and Veggie Mac Attack
Breakfast Burritos filled with eggs, peppers, tomatoes, avocado, cheese, and Greek yogurt. We also had Pears on the side.
BLT sandwiches with Annies Cheese Puffs! Run to Costco for $6.99 a bag! They are not 100% clean, but they don’t always sell these. So good!! Balance!

Green Beans @siete chips and buffalo sauce dip
Leftover Cheezy Beef and Veggie Mac Attack Casserole with spinach salads to round off the meal on the side
Sprouted oatmeal topped with blueberries, peanut butter, greek yogurt, maple syrup, and pecans
Toast with avocado and tomatoes or peanut butter
@uniquesnacksusa Pretzels, pickled beets, olives, and cucumbers
Almond flour quesadilla roll-ups with cheese and spinach dipped in Greek yogurt, sour cream, and salsa
Cashew yogurt packets from @foragerproject
Chicken “Caesar” Salad (Chicken pulled off of the cooked whole chicken) (mixed greens, red onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, and avocado lime dressing) topped with German saurkraut and served with Curro Chips from @sietefoods on the side.

Shopping on a Saturday is an experience! Haha! We were prepared, but this was my 4th store. I was ready for it, and I was done! Bless my husband for shopping with us on a day off.
We make 21 Meals and 21 Snacks weekly for 13 people, and the goal is to keep most of what we buy clean and healthy.

Does your kids have dietary allergies
I just recently found out that chomps has encapsulated lactic acid in it. To my understanding that is nothing but trans fat. Most beef sticks contain that ingredient.
